Manual Therapy
Manual therapy is a hands-on type of physical or occupational therapy to treat musculoskeletal pain. Manual therapy involves manipulating or mobilizing the joints; active muscle release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization; stretching; and massage.

Pelvic Floor Rehab
Pelvic floor rehabilitation is a specialized physical therapy for pelvic pain and dysfunction.
